24/7 Alarm Monitoring in Centennial, CO

Professional monitoring for Centennial households, billed month to month, with an escalation order you decide yourself.

Cancellable at any time, and we will monitor a system we did not install.

What Monitoring Actually Does When a Sensor Trips

An unmonitored alarm makes noise and hopes somebody is listening. Alarm monitoring in Centennial connects your panel to a UL-listed centre where a live operator sees the zone that tripped and works through the escalation list you set. Most people find their way to this service after a siren went off while nobody was home, or after their previous provider locked them into a three-year agreement they could not leave. Our monitoring is deliberately the opposite: month to month, cancellable, and it works on the equipment you already own, including panels installed by another company. The signals travel over a cellular radio with a sealed battery behind it, so a power cut on your street does not quietly take the service offline.

What Is Covered by the Monitoring Service

Monitoring is a service rather than a box, so here is exactly what your account includes and what it does when something happens.

  1. 01

UL-listed central station with live operators

Real people reviewing signals, not an automated text-only alert chain.

  2. 02

    Escalation order you define

You decide who gets called first, second and third, and whether the operator dispatches immediately or verifies with you first.

  3. 03

    Cellular signal path

Reporting over a dedicated cellular radio, independent of your internet and your landline.

  4. 04

    Sealed battery backup

The panel keeps reporting through an outage for hours, and we tell you at install roughly how long yours will hold.

  5. 05

Burglary, fire, carbon monoxide and water signals

Environmental sensors report through the same account, so a flooded basement or a CO reading reaches an operator too.

  6. 06

Panic and medical signals where fitted

Keyfob or wall-mounted panic devices route straight to the operator.

  7. 07

    False-alarm cancellation window

A short grace period and a passcode process, so a wrong keypad entry does not turn into a dispatch and a municipal fine.

  8. 08

    Takeover monitoring on existing panels

Compatible systems from other providers can usually be moved onto our monitoring without new hardware.

  9. 09

    Monthly billing, no term commitment

No multi-year contract, no early-termination fee, and your equipment stays yours if you stop.

  10. 10

Account changes handled by our team

Adding a contact, changing a passcode or pausing for a long trip is a phone call to us, not a portal ticket.

How the Service Is Set Up and What Happens on an Alarm

01

Panel check and account setup

We confirm your panel is compatible, check the cellular signal strength at its location, and build your account: contacts, passcodes, escalation order and zone list. Existing systems are tested zone by zone so nothing is monitored blind. This is usually a single visit.

02

Signal testing

Every zone is tripped deliberately and confirmed at the central station before the account goes live. You will see the test results, and you will know which zones report as burglary, which as environmental, and what each one is called on the operator's screen.

03

Live monitoring

When a sensor trips, the panel reports the zone, the operator follows your escalation order, and dispatch happens according to the instructions you gave. Afterwards you can call us for the event history, and we will walk through what triggered it and whether a sensor needs re-tuning.

Why Homeowners Move Their Monitoring to Us

No contract, genuinely

Month to month means month to month. Nobody has to negotiate their way out, and the hardware on the wall is never leverage.

Your escalation list, your rules

Some households want dispatch immediately; others want a call first because a teenager fumbles the keypad twice a week. Both are configured exactly as you ask.

We monitor systems we did not install

A panel from a company that has disappeared is a normal starting point here, and in most cases we can adopt it rather than sell you a replacement.

Monitoring Without the Lock-In

If your alarm is currently making noise and nothing else, or you are paying into a contract you would rather leave, it takes one call to find out what moving to us involves. We will check panel compatibility over the phone before anyone visits.
